I just finished a simple script that creates pie charts with your top Artists, Songs or Albums from Last.fm. Nothing too complicated, just some cURLing to get the Audioscrobbler web services files, parsing them and then displaying them using the free libchart class for PHP. Here’s an example:
Now, get your ass over there and make some of your own!
